Intellectual Property

Formity (open-source library). The Formity npm package is open-source software released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute it in accordance with that license.

Formity Plus. The Formity Plus template and AI form builder are commercial products. They are governed by the Formity Plus License, not the MIT License. Purchasing Formity Plus grants you a license to use the source code as described in that document; it does not transfer ownership or grant you the right to redistribute the code as a standalone product.

Website content. All other content on formity.app, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Formity and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Formity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website or its products.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Please review the product description and license terms carefully before purchasing.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
