Formity Plus License

The license terms for Formity Plus, the premium form template and AI form builder.

Overview

This license governs your use of Formity Plus, which includes the premium conversational form template and the AI form builder (collectively, the "Product"). By purchasing or accessing the Product you agree to the terms below.

The Product is not open-source. The source code is made available to licensees for use in their own projects as described in this license, but ownership remains with the author.

License Tiers

Individual License — for one (1) developer. A single developer may use the Product in an unlimited number of their own or client projects.

Team License — for up to twenty-five (25) developers within the same company. Each developer covered by the license may use the Product in an unlimited number of projects on behalf of the company.

If your team grows beyond 25 developers, an additional Team License must be purchased.

What You May Do

With a valid license you may:

  • Use the Product in an unlimited number of personal, commercial, and client projects.
  • Modify the source code to suit your needs.
  • Include the Product in software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications and end-user products.
  • Transfer the license once to another developer or team, provided the original licensee no longer uses the Product.

What You May Not Do

You may not:

  • Share, sublicense, or sell access to the Product to third parties who have not purchased a license.
  • Use the Product to create a component library, UI kit, or form template product that you sell or distribute to multiple end users.
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices in the source code.

Ownership

The Product and all intellectual property rights in it remain the property of Formity Labs LLC. This license grants you a right to use the Product; it does not transfer ownership.

No Warranty

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The author is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Product and destroy any copies in your possession.
