Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Formity Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit formity.app or use Formity Plus.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account or purchase Formity Plus, we collect your email address. This is used for authentication and to deliver access to the product.

AI usage data. Inputs and outputs from the AI Form Builder are stored to improve the tool and better understand how users interact with it.

Payment information. Payment details are handled directly by Polar, our payment processor. We do not store your card or banking information. We receive confirmation that a payment was successful, along with your email address.

Analytics data. We use Plausible Analytics to collect anonymized, aggregate data about how visitors use the site — such as pages visited and referral sources. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information.

How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your account and deliver access to Formity Plus.
To send you a purchase receipt and essential product updates.
To operate and improve the AI Form Builder.
To understand how the site and product are used, in aggregate.
To respond to support enquiries you send us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Polar. We use Polar to process payments. Payment details are subject to Polar's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your card details.

Supabase. We use Supabase for database storage and user authentication. Your account data (email, session) is stored in Supabase infrastructure. Data is subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.

OpenAI. Inputs and outputs from the AI Form Builder are processed by OpenAI. This data is subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

Vercel. The website is hosted on Vercel. Standard server log data (IP address, request metadata) may be collected by Vercel infrastructure. This is subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Plausible Analytics. We use Plausible for privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. No personal data is collected by Plausible. See their data policy.

International Data Transfers

Our services operate from the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
